With 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I've worked in roles with people of all ages and ability levels. I love seeing how happy people are when they get that buzz after a workout, or achieve the goals which they set months ago and have worked so hard to reach.

I’m a keen climber and weightlifter, who does a bit of short distance running, so a bit of an all-rounder. I'm always working towards topping the next climbing grade and constantly trying to get stronger on my gym lifts.

Climbing & Gym Facilities
Parkinson Personal Training is operating out of the gym facilities at Boulder UK. Whether or not you're a climber, their equipment is ample for a great training session. You can work on your strength with the 'big three' lifts of squats, bench and deadlift, make use of the extensive dumbell rack which goes up to 40kg, or work on functional ability with the pull up bar, plyo jump boxes, yoga mats, resistance bands and more. If you're new to climbing but keen to give it a go, you could always swap a gym session for a bouldering session one week.

Life can be busy. If you require a programme based on bodyweight or minimal equipment, which allows you to work out from the comfort of your own home or elsewhere, then get in touch. Your programme will be tailored to your individual needs and goals, taking into account what equipment you have available, so you can get the most out of your workout no matter where you are.
