Our Services
Training sessions can be booked in blocks of 5 or 10 and they don't have to be at the same time each week. Your first training session will be a consultation to discuss your targets, current lifestyle, any health issues and some basic body, strength and/or flexibility measurements, depending on what you want to achieve. We'll also discuss your nutrition within this and you can then have the option of further nutritional guidance as one of your following sessions, if you choose.
Nutrition sessions are designed to inform, as well as keep you accountable and motivated; they include behaviour and habit changing strategies, information on macro nutrients, and, importantly, how to still have a bit of what you want.
